MYOB Acumatica - HubSpot SmartStart Setup Guide

Thank you for selecting the Integration Fox MYOB Acumatica - HubSpot SmartStart Integration. The below instructions will guide you in setting up this integration.

Prerequisites:

• Please ensure your Acumatica or MYOB Acumatica instance has been configured with Customer and Contact Auto Numbering

• Please ensure your Acumatica or MYOB Acumatica instance has been configured with a default Customer Class that includes a Default Statement ID, and a GL Account for AR Account, Sales Account, and Cash Discount Account.

HubSpot Permissions

Please ensure your user has sufficient permissions to install applications into your HubSpot Account.

MYOB Connected Application

This is required for the Integration Fox integration to authenticate with your instance.

1. Open the Connected Applications screen
Go to System > Integration > Connected Applications (screen ID SM303010).

2. Create a new record
Click + (Add New Record).

3. Set the client details

• Client Name: IntegrationFox

• Active: Yes

• Flow: Authorization Code

4. Configure the Redirect URI

• Select the ‘REDIRECT URIS’ Tab

• Add Redirect URI: https://engine.integrationfox.com/connection/acumaticav2/callback

5. Set the refresh token behaviour

• Refresh Token Mode: Sliding Expiration

• Refresh Token Lifetime: select the infinite/unlimited option (in most Acumatica versions this is a checkbox like "Absolute Lifetime (Days)" or setting the lifetime to 0/unlimited, depending on version)

6. Save and retrieve credentials
Save the record. Acumatica will generate a Client ID. Copy this for future use

7. Create the Secret

• Switch to the ‘SECRETS’

• Click ‘ADD SHARED SECRET’

• Set the Description as IntegrationFox

• Do not set the Expires on

• Copy the Secret. The secret is treated as a password and will only be shown once.

Integration Set up

You can now set up your integration through https://engine.integrationfox.com/integrate/map/acumatica--hubspot

Click on Get Started to proceed. This will take you to the Acumatica connection set up screen where you fill fill in the connected application information from the previous steps.

Acumatica Connection

Use the following details. These are needed in case they are not pre-populated:

• Client ID: the Client ID from step 2Client Secret: the Client Secret from step 2

• Instance URL: the URL to your (MYOB) Acumatica instance, e.g. https://integrationfox.acumatica.com/. Some instances include an instance name in the URL and this needs to be included, e.g. https://integrationfox.myobadvanced.com/AcumaticaERP/

• API Endpoint Name: Default

• API Endpoint Version: 24.200.001

• Entities: paste the following string if this field is not already populated: customer,contact,salesorder,salesorderdetail,employee

Complete the connection in Integration Fox

After filling in this information, click Next. This will take you to an advanced connection setup screen for Generic Inquiries. Click Next again, no changes are needed here.

Integration Fox will then prompt you to connect your MYOB or Acumatica instance. Click Connect to open a pop up window, which will ask you to authorise the Integration Fox connection to your MYOB or Acumatica instance.

HubSpot Connection

You will now be prompted to connect your HubSpot.

First: Click Sign In

Second: Select your HubSpot account and click 'Choose Account'. Note: This step may not be required if you have a single HubSpot Instance.

Finally: Review and approve the Integration Fox permissions.

Payment

At this point, you will be asked to enter a credit card so that we can continue to run our integration service.

Congratulations, you are now set up with your Smart Start Acumatica to HubSpot integration!
